We can all benefit from self-love. Perhaps, you might've heard the term before. But still not sure what the next step is. For starters, Self-love is the key to a happy and fulfilling life. Loving ourselves should come first. Why? Because if we don't, we will attempt to fill our emotional needs with external things that won't stay with us in the end. This quest for self-love begins with making the decision to love ourselves. From there, we can start to take the steps that will lead us to a more positive self-image and self-esteem. Self-love means forgiving ourselves and recognising our self-worth. It's also about taking care of yourself emotionally and physically as well as learning from all our relationships and harnessing the power of letting go.
