Can Our Policy Makers Really Be This Stupid

Can our policymakers at the State Department, Defense Department, and the White House really be stupid enough to give Ukraine Missiles to knock out Russian early warning systems and at the same time put missiles in Germany? How is Putin going to feel with this nuclear threat right in his backyard and at the same time having his sight knocked out? Do we not understand that a blind Russia could think we are launching nuclear missiles at them when we aren't? Is our stupidity leading us to the brink of apocalypse?
