As we all know the market is HOT.  We absolutely feel it on our end, and now we are looking outside our primary market to see if there are any deals out there.  The problem is our tried and true property management team doesn’t operate in those markets.  So how do we find another solid property management company in a new market?     Welcome Mr Ed Romano.  Ed joined First Communities in 1988. He is responsible for maintaining performance excellence for a portfolio of approximately 10,000 units.  His leadership team has extensive experience in due diligence, acquisitions, strategic redevelopment and includes over 60 renovations for private and institutional clients.  Ed is a CPM Candidate and serves as FCM’s chairperson for the Atlanta Community Food Bank initiative. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida.
