Produce gets picked early because if it were picked ripe there wouldn’t be enough time to get it to market. Nobody advertises “truck ripened” produce, but that is most of what we have. The produce gets robbed of essential vitamins and minerals because of how early it gets picked.Buy organic. Buy regenerative. Buy local.
