Thinking about cloud this way allows you to focus on building a cloud environment that can easily support operations across a multi-cloud landscape. The other big idea that organizations need to think about is the idea that cloud is personal. If you want to build a world-class cloud that addresses the needs of real people, you need focused on their needs upfront.
