What did it mean to prioritize us or even ourselves individually when we're trying to keep a tiny human alive, when there's someone else who always needs you, and all the things that come along with that that triggers all of it, you know? Dr. Tracey wrote the book, "I Didn't Sign Up For This", and I'm obsessed with it.
