5. Back to the Eighties!

Watching the outstanding new Russell T. Davies drama, It's a Sin, has brought back many memories for Steve and Charlotte as they discuss the Eighties and formative years.  They are also blown away by the incredible new album from Celeste, I'm Not Your Muse. Jerusalem Artichoke is the seasonal star and also features in the cookbook-of-the-week, Gill Mellor's Root, Stem, Leaf, Flower.  There is so much more you can do with it than make soup! Steve gets educated about Crocus and the pair share some useful tips.  Well, Steve does, Charlotte's tip is slightly dubious!  Plus they look forward to Valentine's Day and share some pet and food disasters.
