Parkrun & Nordic Walking with Siân Harris

Today I’m talking to Siân Harris from Valleys Nordic Walking in South Wales. A change in Siân’s health meant that she was unable to continue running and led her to discover NW, which in turn spring boarded a complete career change, as she wanted to share the benefits of NW with others.
