Gone But Never Forgotten - Seth Weddle

At a  young age Seth lost his dad. Being the youngest brother of four gave him tough mentality to never give up on his dreams. As a young college graduate he took a low paying job. Where he knew he could have a chance of pursing his passion. That job landed him a coaching position at a high school where he eventually became the head coach. As Seth always aspired to coach at the collegiate level he took a big risk and leap of faith by getting a coaching staff position at the University of Miami. While chasing his dreams he had to make a big decision of getting a pay cut due to the fact that this new coaching job was not paying him like his head coaching job position. As we sit with Seth we talk about how hard it truly is to chase your dreams. As well as the sacrifices we all have to make. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why not everyone chases their dreams.
