Land Grab Universities

In Episode 71, we get to talk to the research duo - Tristan Ahtone and Bobby Lee - who have helped bring to light the important issue of universities that have benefitted from expropriated Indigenous lands. Their article called "Land-Grab Universities" and it was published in High Country News in March 2020 and it exposes the nationwide practice of expropriated Indigenous lands as the foundation of the land-grant university system.
