Teenagers and Beauty standards

As teenagers, it can be extremely hard to deal with the expectations deriving from today's beauty standards. Although beauty standards have always been around, thanks to the overbearing control the media has on our lives it's more difficult to love ourselves now than ever before. In this episode, Alicia and I discuss beauty standards, how it has affected our lives and give advice to people who are struggling with it. Enjoy!
