We all love a good deal, but at what cost... to our planet? Some estimates say 85% of all manufactured textiles--i.e. clothing--end up in landfills. Another study by the World Economic Forum says by 2050, there will be more plastics in the ocean than fish, including microfibers shed from manmade fabrics. Up to 20,000 liters of water can be used to make ONE shirt.
