Live and Let Live--CATH EARL

Cath Earl’s diverse background, growing up in the Netherlands with a Dutch mother and English father, fostered a sense of flexibility, adventure, and determination. At 20 she left for the UK and had a good career in supply management at Heinz before she opened her own business in marketing freight import and export options for companies. In spite of her success, Cath often was anxious and sad, worrying that she would disappoint others by not doing or being enough. After she survived breast cancer, for the first time she knew that things were possible for her. Instead of setting herself up to be overwhelmed, now she has learned to say no and nurtures herself by embracing those close to her.
