Kirsten Curtis has spent her successful career in supply chain and executive positions avidly searching out challenges and risks, often as a turnaround CEO. Though her self-confidence is never in question, she can face the fear of failure - often worrying that she is not doing enough for things to work out. To undo this, she works on not seeing things as either a success or a failure. Kirsten also has mastered through supportive mentors and kinder and gentler self-care, to be less concerned about how people see her and instead to be more humorous and accepting of herself.
