To make up for missing putting out an episode last week, I made an extra long episode this week about the incredible drummer Max Roach. Max Roach was at the forefront of jazz from the beginning his career in the 1940s to the end of his life, and played in a wide variety of styles.  This episode focuses mostly on his music in the late 50s and early 60s, with a little from before and after.
