looking at making highlights in twitch using stream markers

This was requested by one of my twitch followers. Thanks. We start by going to the video manager and pulling up the stream. We then create a highlight using the stream marker method. I tried to explain how ot create a marker, but that can at times be confusing. I hope thish helps.
