In this week’s episode, Beau chats with Sean Flottmann aka @dabswellington about the upcoming competition being held at American Welding Academy for high school seniors held February 3rd, with each student receiving a scholarship and a full ride for the lucky winner. Sean talks about his outreach work, driving around introducing high school students to tig welding trying to inspire them to get into the trade. He also goes into a bit about tig artwork, and how to pull color, and gives Beau some pointers on welding thin stainless steel.
