Introducing Werk Stories

Meet Joi, a millennial Black professional turning pain into a passion project. She decided to make a community for women of color to share their experiences in the workplace after having several traumatizing work experiences and wishing there was a group of women she could talk to about her challenges, judgment-free. Each episode, she'll talk about an element of problematic work culture and invite other women to discuss these topics from their perspectives, as well.
