S6 E18: Drone Regulators Episode with a Harta Sample and tunes from Harta, Sean Reidy, David Asbrink and Juhan Suits This episode begins with a few tracks from Harta’s album, and then a tune from Cyberpiper (a Luxemberg Techno Uilleann piper) and then several folks experimenting with playing drones as a sort of regulator via extra tone holes or adjustable cork. First Sean Reidy uses a foot pedal to cork and uncork a drone on his Scottish Small pipes, then David Asbirink treats us to three tracks on Sweedish Bagpipes, and Juhan Suits shares a track on Estonian pipes both covering and uncovering tone holes on the drones across their laps.
