Kira Novak: Taking my life back from addiction

Kira Novak secretly battled an alcohol addiction for years but has very recently taken the steps to take back her life. Kira is over a year sober after spending 60 days at a private addiction treatment center in British Columbia and she is holding nothing back to tell her story about her dark rumble with alcoholism, how it impacted her physically, mentally, emotionally and financially, and how much of a grip it had on her and her relationships. She also goes through how her family saved her, what treatment at a rehabilitation center is like and how she has navigated sobriety during a worldwide pandemic. Kira is as educational and insightful as she is raw and vulnerable. This emotional episode is a reminder that it is never too late to take control of your life or help others change their trajectory when they need it most.
