Why Not Both is an exploration of how our multiple passions shape our identity, hosted by musician and therapist Pam Shaffer and produced by writer and photographer Laura Studarus. For our fourth season, we partnered up with Under The Radar to explore the lives of musicians, writers, actors, and creatives. Psychologist Dr. Mike thought that he bombed his first band audition when he started screaming, frustrated at what he perceived at his own lack of talent. Little did he know that this would start him down the path of artistry that would in turn inform his psychology practice and later his podcast, Hardcore Humanism. We deeply appreciate his takes on how to live a purpose driven, multi-faceted life.
