Intersections of gender equity and inclusion with Natalie

Natalie Eicher is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Mettacool. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)®, and an international speaker. Prior to Mettacool, Natalie spent 10 years in the technology industry, where she worked in various sales and leadership roles. She also founded and led the Diversity & Inclusion office for a multi-billion dollar business unit within Dell EMC. Natalie is passionate about the intersections of gender equity and inclusion, well-being, and coaching-focused talent development.
