Winston Brown | Lessons from Track, Coaching, & Beyond

Winston Brown is the Head Track & Field/Cross Country coach at Fork Union Military Academy.  With 30 years of coaching experience Winston has coached numerous state championship teams, All-Americans, and some of the most elite runners to come through the state of Virginia. Additionally, he shares how he and his wife Beth opened their home as foster parents to Alex & Peter Lomong, younger brothers of Olympian Lopez Lomong.  The stories Winston shares offer some humor, valuable perspective, and wisdom we can all apply in life.
