Episode 126 with Susan Young.“There are so many women in midlife or older who are undiagnosed. As awareness grows, more and more people in midlife are getting diagnosed.”Susan is a certified holistic life coach, multi-passionate artist, and the founder of Triple Moon Coaching. She specializes in midlife reinvention for women over 50. Her recent ADHD diagnosis at the age of 56 was a complete shock and the missing piece of a complex puzzle! As an empty nester, divorcee, and domestic violence survivor who has first-hand experience with codependency, sobriety, and now ADHD, Susan knows a thing or two about starting over late in life. As a holistic coach, she believes transformation happens from the inside out and is a big fan of using creative right-brain exercises to stimulate our non-verbal genius. Susan & I talk all about her diagnosis experience after her college-aged daughter was diagnosed, and how Susan’s life radically changed overnight after the diagnosis and medication. We also talk about how Susan left her 26-year career in order to help women meet their souls and their goals so they can blaze their unique path to a joyful and purposeful future. Shout out to Susan’s website designer, Liis: sparklecreativestudio.comWebsite: triplemooncoach.comInstagram: @triplemoon_coachingEpisode edited by E Podcast ProductionsFind the transcript of this episode at www.womenandadhd.com/transcriptsThis episode is sponsored by BetterHelp.
