Lara Poloni, President, AECOM

Lara Poloni is the President of global infrastructure consulting firm, AECOM. Lara shares insights with host Michelle Batsas, the Chief Executive Officer of the Public Transport Association Australia New Zealand (PTAANZ), from her extensive experience working on major transport infrastructure projects all over the world. Her love of cities and desire to make them functional, sustainable and liveable, drives her passion for public transport and sustainable mobility. Lara has worked her way to the top by confronting unconscious bias and taking charge of her career and she encourages other women to do the same.
