Suzy Ganz is an entrepreneur, civic leader, corporate director and advisor. She is the CEO and principal shareholder of Lion Brothers, the leading designer and manufacturer of apparel identity systems. Founded as an embroidery company in 1899, Suzy joined Lion to perform the initial turnaround on the company, repositioning the entity from a commodity manufacturer to become a recognized innovator in the apparel industry. Lion’s clients include global sports, lifestyle, fashion and workwear apparel brands. Suzy’s serves on a number of corporate, governmental, academic and not for profit boards. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Federal Reserve, part of the Fifth District Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Ms. Ganz also serves on the Board of Visitors of Towson University, is Vice Chair of Maryland’s Regional Manufacturing Institute, on the Board of Directors of Sustainable Health Enterprise, a social enterprise based in Rwanda and is a Trustee of St. Timothy’s School. Suzy is a member of the Johns Hopkins Tech Transfer and Innovation Advisory Board, a Director of the Maryland - Israel Development Center and the MIDC Venture Fund. Ms. Ganz is currently on the corporate boards of PRS Guitar, Barcoding Inc./Thames Technology and Credly, a digital credentials company. Suzy is a member of Young President’s Organization/YPO Gold, the Committee of 200, the preeminent organization for women entrepreneurs and corporate executives and Maryland’s Executive Alliance.Ms. Ganz received her MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from the Wharton School (WG'88) and her B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida.Aired May 11, 2018
