53. 2020: Lessons Learned

 I learned a lot in 2020 and this weekly podcast was both my teacher and my notebook. In this episode I'll recap what I have learned from 2020 and a year of weekly podcasting: the good, the bad and the ugly... and the fun.  It was a good year to know how to be alone with yourself.  It was a good year to know how to talk to yourself, and love yourself.  A good year to learn how to connect with people without physically making contact with them.
