The pandemic has brought many changes into our lives. It has also had many effects on us. As was to be expected from lessons brought to us by previous pandemics in our history, the pandemic has affected our psychological well-being. Many more people have reported experiencing anxiety and depression. Employers have the responsibility to support their employees in ways that help to mediate the effects of the pandemic, thus promoting a healthy workforce. However, the responsibility belongs to all of us. This means that employees must get involved in this conversation.
