All eyes on Orban as EU leaders debate support for Ukraine

A two-day summit of EU leaders is underway in Brussels, with support for Ukraine in the spotlight. Kyiv is hoping to gain accession to the European Union, as well as $58 billion funding to take the Ukrainian economy through 2024. But any decision must be unanimous and Hungary's president Viktor Orban has taken an anti-Ukraine stance. We hear from a former Ukrainian trade minister and a business owner in Lviv. The presidents of Venezuela and Guyana are meeting in St Vincent and The Grenadines to discuss a dispute over the oil rich Essequibo region.
