Another mix here. On new gear. Woo Hoo. A couple weeks ago, I got a last minute gig from a local promoter who had a DJ not show up. So I went along, and played my first live gig. On the same billing as one James Zabiela (yes, that young Jedi)... Anyway, I got the upgraditis bug as a result. So went and sold my Denon SC2900's, that have served me well for the last few years, and bought a pair of Pioneer XDJ 1000 mk2's. So this is my first mix on new equipment, with new analysis software. As usual though, mixed off a USB stick, no sync, Allen & Heath DB4, recorded with Audacity, etc... A bit of a less punding mix this time. Kind of. Enjoy...
