Xs2man cloudcast #047 09-03-19

Another day, another mix. This one is actually my second attempt. The first time round I was still full of the flu, and so the first mix I cued up the second track with the fader wide open. It was ok actually, no big deal, as it was already beatmatched, and it sounded good. But wanted to retry the mix anyway. So here are the results. First time, actually, that I haven't uploaded a mix, warts and all, ha ha. That's not to say this mix is any better. But after a week of listening back to the tracks played last time, I really liked it, so wanted to give them another go. I think the new equipment helped. So, mixed on Allen & Heath DB4, Pioneer XDJ1000 mk2's, and a Macbook Pro running Audacity to record. Exported to 32 bit WAV, where it was then transferred to my main rig, where it was amplified in Audacity, then exported to FLAC. Then converted to 320 kbps for upload here. My usual workflow.
