Today's questions: How can we accurately identify toxic positivity? At the moment, I’m tired and preoccupied by a few things. Because of that, I’m struggling to distance myself from my feelings and I notice that I’m particularly tough with myself, and that I allow judgmental thoughts like “I should have done that, it’s my fault, it’s bad” to take a lot of space even though things aren’t that bad. Any tips to distance myself from self-judgmental thoughts that aren’t productive? ~ Need my support to help you build better habits, gain mobility and feel more peaceful? Answer these questions and I'll come back to you!
