Today's questions: Maybe not much of a question, but the topic of journaling has come up a few times lately in your podcast and newsletter so I’m curious if you are familiar with the Morning Pages (an idea by Julia Cameron) and what are your thoughts on it. Do the sports we do as children have an impact on our flexibility as adults? I did a little gymnastics and dancing, but I quickly stopped because it wasn't my thing, and then I did horse riding, but horse riding is not a sport of flexibility but rather of strength. I wonder if it made me less flexible. Are there others like me who can't establish a routine or can't control when anger flares?
