Today's questions: I’m doing the same yoga routine every morning and it works really well for me. But sometimes I notice I’m just going through the motions because I know all the moves so well. I worry that it’s not as beneficial as it could be if I was very mindful of what I’m doing all the time. Any tips? My warrior 3 is very different depending on which leg I’m standing. But when I try to be in the “correct” alignment on my left side, it feels very uncomfortable and unnatural. Should I keep trying to improve or should I learn to work with what I have?
