Episode 109 - Stuck Somewhere Between Speaking Up and Staying Silent

I’ve learned it is incredibly important to state, and restate, your values. I am in full support of the Black Lives Matter movement. I am doing the work behind the scenes to ensure that this podcast, my business, my coaching practise, and everything that falls under the brand, is a safe and inclusive space.  I’ve done my best to bring a conversation to this platform about how it feels to straddle the line between action and inaction. Speaking up, or staying silent. As it turns out, we have a LOT more options than just those two. Deciding how to respond as a business owner can be difficult, leading to challenging conversations and a great amount of discomfort. That said, it is nowhere near the level of difficulty or challenge that BIPOC have faced and continue to face now. #BlackLivesMatter
