In this episode I talk about the power of saying "fck it" & actually living your life for YOU! You are the main character. It's time you treat yourself that way! You get one life. Ask yourself.... the people I am unconsciously letting drive my behaviour - will they attend my funeral? will it matter in 10 years? will it even be remembered? You're the only one who has to live with your decisions... would you be happy with what you're choosing?! Time to hit the "fck it" button!
