Accessing Power, #523

In this episode, we talk about how integrity gives you power. The purpose of this pillar is to both create and uphold your palace. First, you create power as you live in such a way as to leave no doubt about who you are and what you stand for. You naturally attract people to your leadership because you are open. When you are always transparent and keep your word, people depend on you and look to you as a model of behavior and leadership. You always live in certainty and peace, not because you know all the answers but because your process is clear, you are fair, and when you discover something wrong, you own it, fix it, and move forward. Ego is not needed because integrity creates real power.
