In this podcast, we talk about the next part of the meditation process. After you slow down enough to actually be where you are and when you are, something interesting happens. You begin to notice things that were not apparent to you before. Being still enough to notice these things is the next key. First, they will be physical things, like noises and body sensations. Later you will find thoughts begin to appear. Not thoughts of what you need to do, or already did, but thoughts of inspiration and ideas. Things that will surprise and delight you. You know, like waking up with a problem solved. Only through meditation, you can access and activate this any time you want.
