Episode 292 - Pure Unrestrained Joy

In this episode, we talk about that intense and important emotion, joy. Joy is bigger than happiness. It is much bigger than fun. It is a deep, nuanced, and textured word that signifies deep, true contentment and satisfaction. We are created as divine beings with the intention that we might have joy. If this is true, why do we spend so much of our lives in sadness, lacking, seeking, or longing? What is miswired, so we think joy is “out there” somewhere instead of our daily fare? Loving life is a choice. Whatever your circumstances and whatever your externalities, you can have joy today.
