Episode 320 - Creativity and Execution

In this episode, we talk about where the rubber meets the road. After we create the ideas and decide at least initially, how big it will be, we are faced with the need to organize and execute our vision. Here is where most projects fail. We usually don’t set aside time and resources to make our vision real. This is where the fun truly is. No matter what you thought would happen, the execution process is different and more exciting than you could possibly have known. Usually, it is harder as well. But turning your dream into reality is infinitely rewarding. Getting organized, getting resources and then following through will give you the ultimate satisfaction as the product of your labor is before your eyes.
