Inspired by Steven Pressfield's War of Art, I dive into his idea of resistance and how our biggest battle is fought with ourselves and the temptation to settle for mediocrity. As he states in the book, the writer's most challenging task isn't writing, it's getting himself into the chair and ready to write. It's the little things like consistency, preparation and self belief that set the stage for something greater.
