Fed, grown and on my own was created by Scottish-Pakistani mother-daughter duo Anisa and Naeema. Naeema fed and grew Anisa, and even though she’s flown the nest she won’t leave her alone, now with a grandchild in tow. They chat about everything and anything, comparing notes from then and now on parenting, mental health, equality, cultural barriers and everything in between.
