Crime Classics was a historical true crime series, examining crimes and murders from the past. It grew out of creator Elliott Lewis's interest in famous murder cases and took a documentary-like approach to the subject. The crimes dramatized covered a broad frame of both time and place, from ancient Greece to late 19th-century America. GSMC Classics presents some of the greatest classic radio broadcasts, classic novels, dramas, comedies, mysteries, and theatrical presentations from a bygone era. The GSMC Classics collection is the embodiment of the best of the golden age of radio.
