On completion of the course, You will be able to: - understand, ask and answer simple questions in Russian related to a number of everyday situations - use a limited basic Russian vocabulary - apply a basic knowledge of Russian phonology and pronounce the sounds of the Russian language correctly - write the Russian alphabet and type in Russian - show an understanding of basic grammatical terms and identify simple grammatical structures in Russian - read short, simple texts which deal with everyday themes in Russian.
