Justin is a musician and business professional who is fascinated by the connections between his two passions. This podcast allows him to speak with colleagues, friends, and professionals about their work and the traits of success that are necessary across all industries. Though there is a strong music/business influence on this show, don't be surprised to hear from professionals from all verticals! From 2010-2015, Justin served as an instrumentalist with the U.S. Navy Band in Naples, Italy and performed on four continents and in 30 countries including Poland, Gabon, Tunisia, and Portugal. Additionally, he has presented master classes and chamber performances throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa. Justin's most memorable musical experiences include participating in the 2012 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (pictured to the right), and performing Tannhauser under the baton of the late Kurt Masur for his final public performance. After separating from military service, Justin relocated to the Washington, D.C. area and began his career as a strategy and acquisition consultant. His clients include a $4 billion federal security office, higher education institutions, and science and technology agencies.
