Hi! I am Jessica Brown Atkinson and this is my journey of health from the standard American diet known as ( the S.A.D.) to what I believe is more in line with my beliefs including the scripture from Doctrine and Covenants 89 known as The Word of Wisdom (W.O.W.). And wow! I am not sad! Less depressed and less self-loathing. I discuss my superheroes in Jane Birch and Discovering the Word of Wisdom: surprising insights from a whole food plant-based perspective, all the wfpb Doctors including Joel Fuhrman, John McDougall, Michael Greger, and Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson with Bright Line Eating.
