Scott and Jaime discuss the topic of mistakes and what might happen if we allow ourselves to make mistakes; and, perhaps, if we were to see mistakes as opportunities to learn instead of as moments of failure. Jaime and Scott begin to explore the BIG question - “Who are YOU?” - and dive into the topic of values. Many of us have never taken the time to really ponder this question; and so, it might be helpful to begin by thinking about what we would want our closest family members and friends to say about us.  ACTion Question of the Week: Think about the closest person to you (emotionally).
