Summary: On this episode of the ACT to Live podcast, Scott and Jaime celebrate the one year anniversary of the podcast by exploring the benefits of, and science behind, celebration. Celebration can elevate the ‘feel good’ chemicals in the brain and decrease the chemicals that lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. The positive benefits can be experienced when celebrating not only big moments, but small moments too. The two wrap up the episode by discussing a few pointers for celebration practice.   ACTion Event of the Week: Take some time to focus on your celebration practice using the following three pointers - 1) Notice the special moment; 2) Move out of the routine and set the scene; and, 3) Commemorate the moment.  On our next episode of ACT to Live, we’ll explore the psychology of making mistakes!
