Guest Episode – Allie Lamay

In this very special episode of Afternoon Snack, Alex and Meredith sit down with the client that started it all, Allie Lamay. If Tactic Nutrition had a mascot, it would be Allie. She is Meredith's first client and has an incredible story of success. But as Allie will be the first to tell you, she is a work in progress and definitely not done yet.
