ATOOC: Derelict Balloon

Last week, a mysterious balloon was spotted over Kansas which was suspected to be a mechanism of Chinese espionage capturing footage of the United States. Today, we listen into some ATC chatter from the ground in Kansas City as pilots were warned about the balloon and they report spotting it.
